Loved the bishop sleeves but the mini length was shorter than I expected for an evening event. The full bishop sleeves are the defining feature and give the dress a dramatic, feminine silhouette. The stretch velvet has a subtle pile that catches the light as you move. I dressed it up with simple heels and minimal jewelry so the sleeves remain the focus. A nice option for evening events if you dont mind a shorter hem
