Bold red
This red glow color is even brighter in person and the front ruching pulls everything in nicely. Halter neck shows the shoulders and the crop hits right above my high-rise jeans. Knit has a bit of texture that keeps it from looking flat. Wore it out last Friday and felt dressed up without trying hard.

Tried this on with denim shorts and the red just works. Halter style stays in place and the crop length is flattering with high waist bottoms. Sweater knit feels substantial enough for evening without being heavy. Got a couple comments at dinner which was nice.

The ruched front and collar detail give it more shape than a basic crop. I took a medium and the fit through the bust was good. Color pops against black bottoms. Only small thing is the tie at the front can loosen a little if you move a lot, but its easy to retighten.
