Returns & Store Credit Policy
We hope you love your Blink & Bangle pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with our free return policy.
By placing an order with Blink & Bangle, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a store credit (Blink & Bangle gift code).
- Returns are accepted by authorization only.
- You must request return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order.
To request a return authorization, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization and instructions.
Please note: We can only authorize one return per order.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
- With all original tags and packaging still attached (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Deadlines
- Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days from the approval date to send the items back.
- If your return package is received after 14 days, the return may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Store Credit / Gift Certificate
- All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Blink & Bangle gift code.
- Your gift code will be emailed to you and can be used on future purchases at Blink & Bangle.
- Credit is issued for the returned item(s) only.
- Any shipping and handling costs (including upgraded/expedited shipping, if selected) are non-refundable, even if your original shipping was advertised as "free."
Store credit is typically processed and issued within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refused, Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Orders
Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders, or returns due to customer error (for example, incorrect address entered at checkout) may be subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee, and
- Deduction of all related shipping costs (including the original outbound shipping and any return shipping charges), even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Not Delivered / Missing Packages
If you believe your package has not been delivered or is lost in transit, you must notify us within 20 days of your order date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
After 20 days, we may not be able to assist with non-delivery claims.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
- Items marked “Sale”, “Clearance”, or similar
- Items from any “Mystery Box” or surprise-style category (if offered)
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Non-Returnable Categories
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable and will not be accepted if shipped back:
- Cosmetics
- Undergarments
- Hosiery
If items from these categories are returned, they may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not be credited.
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (including any portion of shipping built into “free shipping” promotions).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
